Our Professional Laminate Floor installers will give you recommendations and suggestions on what needs to be done before the installation of the floor. They will inspect the sub-floor or concrete where the laminate is going to be installed on so the floor does not squeak or build up mold later on.

When installing laminate on concrete, it is really important that the floor is dry or else when the laminate is installed mold will build up under it.  The Installers will run couple of tests to determine how dry the concrete is and if they can start installing.
